Inspired by safaris, this seaosn's collection has a chic sex-appeal that first invades then infuses itself. In the show, V-cut long sleeved shirts were wrapped'n'tucked inside of belted khaki pants that shortened above the knees. One was instantly taken in by the superb cut of these pieces such as the silk in sand colored Shantung jacket and light grey pants. A rare touch with silhouettes composed of pocketed cargo pants worn with a raffia blazer... Raffia would go on to be used in several other silhouettes in the collection including shoes. Scervino is current in the trends with trousers, slacks and pants cut well above the ankles. However unlike many of those shown this season, the designer refused to place cuffs in the collection. For a cool edge, he added deeply cut V-necklines which plunged well below the pectoral muscles.
