As Dr Martens approaches its 50th Anniversary, the Brit label continue to push the envelope of design and creativity by enlisting CFDA Award-winning designer Justin Giunta of Subversive Jewelry to create four pairs of one-of-a-kind boots. These creations of wearable art will be featured exclusively during Art Basel Miami at Mondrian Hotel in Semi-Automatic, the high-end vending machine in the hotel’s lobby which is being curated by Interview magazine during the fair. Four one-of-a-kind pairs are priced starting at $1,400, during Art Basel Miami, December 3 – 6, 2009.
